Dave started DJing and promoting in 1989 he soon grew a following and reputation for his smooth mixing and eclectic mix of uplifting vocal house and alternative grooves taking up his first residency in 1991 at Mangled the legendary Essex night in Tootos. Dave soon joined upcoming Essex dance band Sunscreem supporting them on tour around the UK and USA. Going on to remix and produce a number of their tracks with huge success including Love You More a top 20 UK hit and billboard dance chart no.1 and the underground house monster Annadin championed by Sasha and Digweed.

Since then Dave has DJ'd extensively across the UK, Europe, South Africa, and America, Remixing for other artists and forming The Self Preservation Society SPS with Joe Morena and Michael Knowelden. Producing & Remixing for Eternal, Simply Red, The Human League, and many others. In the early 2000s, Dave held a long-standing residency at Decadance in Chelmsford playing 6 hour sets every Saturday night for 5 years. In recent years Dave has played numerous guest spots and private events inc Clockwork and is currently a resident for Paul Hutchinson’s Mi Casa Es Tu Casa brand as well as Raving Frog events.
